the hotel gym was nice. it had several machines. the pool looked clean. it was a good size. the reception staff were professional and helpful with directions.

the breakfast options seemed bad. i think they were based on european tastes. this is not a european country. the furniture looked old. the bath design was not comfortable.

The rooms were spacious and clean. the staff were friendly and helpful! joshua assisted me with my luggage and was very cute. i also appreciated kiran and fiane at the front desk. They remembered me from previous stays.

Some appliances weren't working when i arrived. they fixed the ac but the fridge wasn't repaired. the receptionist at charlie's corner restaurant was a bit rude. She discussed payment while i was still eating. they charge for children from 4 years old. My child is five and didn't eat much, it felt unfair.
